Great balls of fire!!!

That can only mean one thing, and I don't mean a bad day at the free clinic. IT'S THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND!!! Time for all things American: driving badly and setting things on fire. Time for beer and brats (we mean the sausages, not Kas....okay yeah, Kas). Time for seasonal price-gouging at the pump and 50% off expired meat at Aldi's.

A shout out to Nick Chordas and Adam Alexander of the Columbus Dispatch for pasting our mugs all over Life & Arts section of the paper Friday. Great job guys, but next time can you give us a heads-up? It wasn't "bath day." Thanks.

THREE DAYS, FOUR SHOWS!!!

We're not kidding. We're making sure we've got every side of town covered for their 4th of July parties, including two on Friday. We're saving Sunday for a much-deserved CAT scan.

THURSDAY, July 3rd we kick off the weekend at The Buckeye Hall of Fame Café about 7:30. We'll try to keep Keenan from wetting himself.

FRIDAY, July 4th features a rare Reaganomics "two-fer." We start at Dublin's Independence Day Celebration, hitting the stage at 4:45 opening up for Taylor Dayne and Rick Springfield, then sprint over to New Albany for CELEBR8 2008 starting at 7:00. Yeah, you read that right. We're doing two shows in the space of a little over two hours. So we're not Mensa students...

SATURDAY we buzz out to Granville to cap off their Independence Day weekend. Meet us downtown, we'll do drinks.

And if that wasn't enough...

Come to think of it, that's plenty. Never mind.
